At Homesteadry, we want you to shop with complete confidence, which is why we've streamlined our returns and refunds process for clarity and ease.

Return Time Frame:
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted. -
Shipping Costs for Returns:
If your order arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping expenses. However, if you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind, the cost of shipping back to us will be your responsibility. -
Defective or Damaged Items:
Should you receive a product that is not functioning properly or appears broken, notify us within 30 days. We will arrange a return at no extra cost. Once the item is received and the issue is confirmed, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges. -
Change of Mind Returns:
If you decide you no longer want your purchase, please return it within 30 days in its unused condition and original packaging. In this case, you will need to cover the return shipping fee. Once we have received and inspected the item, a refund will be issued for the product cost, minus the shipping fee. -
Refund Process:
After we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed using your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund. If more than 10 business days pass after our confirmation and you have not seen the refund, please contact us at support@homesteadry.com.
