What should I do if my product is damaged?
When your delivery arrives, inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage—even to the exterior—please make a note of it on your delivery receipt. Should you be unable to check the contents immediately but suspect damage, simply write “suspect damage” on the receipt. In the event that your product does arrive damaged, send us photographs at support@homesteadry.com and we will promptly arrange for an immediate replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
